Return & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product and we are happy to assist you with that process. Please take a moment to review our Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy below:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email email@example.com at first. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).
Return & Exchange Conditions :
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product, product quality issues), we will provide you with a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the buyer's preference (e.g., not liking/wanting the item, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- There will be no restocking fee charged to the consumer for returned products.
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
For Defective Items:
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return for a defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a photo or video of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Please note that we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

We'll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair the item, we will arrange a refund or exchange. The refund will go back to the original payment method. We'll process the refund within 3 business days. Most banks will process the refund within 3-7 business days.
